Samuel Goodman is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, M&A advisor and greenfield strategist; based in China since 1995. He has built and sold China based businesses for retail, marketing and environmental tech and now implements value driven expansion plans for select companies.
Sam is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is the author of one of the most practical and well-received China business books (Where East Eats West: The Street-Smarts Guide to Business in China); part of university curriculums worldwide.

Richard Robinson is a serial tech entrepreneur and executive, working in China since 1996. He has served as a senior executive at three companies from pre-IPO through to their public listings then went on to found five companies of which three have exited to publicly listed firms.
Richard is an Adjunct Professor at Peking University's Guanghua MBA program teaching Entrepreneurship in China. Active as a startup advisor, mentor, and angel, Richard is a mentor at 500 Startups, Chinaccelerator and HAX. He frequently speaks at tech conferences globally, including serving as master of ceremonies at TechCrunch Beijing, Web Summit Lisbon and Dublin, GMIC Beijing and Silicon
Valley, and Startup Asia Singapore and Jakarta.
Richard earned an MBA from RSM at Erasmus University in The Netherlands, studied at Cambridge University in the U.K., and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Mirko Wormuth
Mirko Wormuth is a lawyer by training and an entrepreneur at heart. After a stint as an associate at McKinsey, he worked for UK law firm Freshfields in their Beijing and Hong Kong offices. In 2006, Mirko co-founded fashion accessories brand TWICE. The brand has company-owned and franchise stores in shopping malls across China and an ecommerce presence on TMall and WeChat. Mirko often speaks at large retail summits and conferences in Asia.
Mirko graduated from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar. He holds a PhD in law and is the author of a book on China’s new bankruptcy law.
Mirko was a member of the Beijing Chapter of global entrepreneur network EO from 2008-2016. He served on the board of the local EO Chapter as President, Learning Chair as well as Membership Chair.
Dr. Hans Au
Hans Au grew up in Hong Kong, attended schools in Germany and turned to China after graduating from law school in the 90s. He started as a corporate lawyer at Lovells International Law Firm (now Hogan Lovells) in Beijing in 2002. He co-founded and managed iF juice, a fresh juice manufacturing and sales business in China from 2008-2016. Since 2011 Hans runs DCC, a management consulting firm that provides interim-CEO solutions, China business set up, legal and financial services to SMEs.
Hans holds a prize-winning Ph.D. in law, is a licensed German attorney-at-law and has written and spoken about China business and law. He speaks, reads and writes Chinese on an expert level. Hans is also active as a mentor on China topics or for early stage businesses.
Hans follows his passion for green business and food tech and is China representative of the Association of Vertical Farming. He is also member of the Hamburg Bar.
